Balloon Filled Sky 146

The Aloft Festival is held during the Memorial Day weekend. It is so much fun to watch the sky get filled up with balloons. Many of the balloons have some kind of patriotic design. One balloonist came all the way from Dubai. 5/26/13

Work Area 137

Here is my “desk’ area where my hubby and I work side by side. We can see our big screen TV from where we are sitting. I also have a treadmill in front of me to remind me to get up and mover around at least every hour or I will be consumed by the computer and never move. Whenever he has a computer problem, he just has to poke me from the side. He tells people that I’m his “network administrator!”

Spun Yarn 136

Here is some yarn that I just finished spinning.  It is made out of 50% Corriedale wool 50% alpaca and resulted in 633 yards (8 oz.) of fibery goodness. 5/16/13

Our New Toy 134
